Logo Contest - $20 via PayPal, $10 to runner-up if any

Hi guys,

I need a logo for my (not-yet-launched) website called: PowerPointing.com

It's a web shop selling design elements for PowerPoint presentations.

We are not online yet (if you go there now, there's just some testing going on). But the web design has been made - the logo should fit into this design:

Colors have to be blue. The logo should include the tagline: "Extraordinary PowerPoint designs, affordable for everyone"

The logo will be placed in the op left corner

The winner of the contest will get $20 straight to PayPal. If I like more than one proposal I will offer $10 to the runner-up.

After the payment is made you will send me all the working files (PSDs and/or vector).

The contest will close March 4.

I will provide my comments to every proposal.

I haven't thought about using green and orange, but it could definitely work with those colors. With that said, I wouldn't prefer to have "just" a font logo. Try think some "pointing" or "design" into the logo.

@Lauris: It's better, but it is too "cartoon"-like for that target group

@j634: The idea in your logo is good (the target), but the doesn't look good

@jokomama: Yours looks nice, solid and pro. But I'd like to see a logo beyond just fonts.

For all of you: Add simplicity and class to the logo, may be try with a pure blue logo.

@zyndtel: I think yours needs more style and simplicity, remember it's for business poeple.

@Afgunz: Don't like the skinny font. The idea of your logo is good (2 colors, PP, etc.), but the design looks too cheap

@Zachdaman: Yours have the right corporate look. Add .com, rmb the whole tagline, and make style it a little more - you are close!!

@SJNez46: I like your idea, I just think the design looks too "standard" with the gradient on the top

I really like that, simple but very effective, nice work

If I was to be picky though, I'd try and get the .com underneath the power pointing text, but as I said nice work I like it.

@nawdesign: it looks good, but I think there is too much gloss in it. Get inspired by Redders and Renderwork

@Redders: The logo looks corporate I like that. It's the right colors and the right design. Add .com, make the tagline more evident and try with a simple icon

@hipstick: I think the logo looks very 90 :-) The font is not good

@renderwork: I like this one. The icon adds some authority. Try to tweak the gloss effect to make et more corporate, make it a little smaller as well. Very good work

@jokersofjoker: The icon version is definitely the best one. Try to improve the tagline - make it more evident, move it closer to the text above. Add .com as well. Nice work

@Abyss: I like the PowerPointing.com part, but the icon looks more like a "B"

@LsDesign: The design is nice, but it's to the wrong audience - it's too cartoon. I need a more corporate look. Check out Zachdaman's

@onlyfights: The icon looks good, but does it have any meaning? I don't like the fonts. More stylish design

@Zachdaman: Both of yours looks really good. Nice work!! Btw, correct the tagline: affordable for "everyone". If I should come up with one suggestion, then it would be to work on the icon, make it look more stylish or extraordinary :-)

@LsDesign: Tee gradient is not good and the icon is too basic

@tendulkar2: I like the simplicity in this one. Try another icon - it looks very charity :-) add .com as well
