$60 Logo / Banner Contest for my name - 72 Hours!

I am looking for a new job and need two logos for my name, and a banner of some kind. Please do not type my name, website name, or link to the website in this thread. The link to the wordpress site I need to customize is below to give you some ideas.

Requirements:

1. Logo: Should have "KH" or "K" or last name as a small logo. (You could use a play on words with my last name if it appears "corporate" or contemporary / funny) It will replace the small red/green/orange boxes logo on the site.

2. Name Logo: This should be my first and last name with a contemporary / cool / classy / corporate design. I will use this on business cards.

3. Icon.: Need small ico image for site - would prefer it to be same image as the "Logo" if it can look good that small.

4. Banner: The current banner image is 1300 x 160. I need something that looks more technology oriented. You could use the "Logo" and/or "Name Logo" in the banner somehow. The theme automatically makes the right and left sides 40% transparent, so you don't need to do that, but you can so I can see what it will look like. Or I can turn that feature off.

Theme of banner should fit the type of job I'm looking for: website design, internet marketing, computer, IT, technology, writing, etc.

THOUGHTS:
I think I may prefer blue as primary / and maybe grey as secondary color, but that is not set in stone.
Need original psd or ai files. Vector preferred. If submissions are great I may award a $30 prize to 2nd place.

ZeroCore - Thanks for your entry and all the time spent. I maybe like where you're going, but something is missing, not sure what.

In addition, the "K" looks backward in the logo, and my last name doesn't have a "s" on the end.

Edit: I was probably being too nice, no offense. I don't like the 3D look. sorry about me.

Aderain: Not really what I'm looking for. I do like the "K" in the second logo, but that's about it. Thanks for your efforts.

LsDesign: Unfortunately same thing, not what I'm looking for. Too generic or something, but thank you very much.

pixelize: I really like this design and you are in the lead. Could I see a version with a little darker blues and one without the tagline (so the first / last name is taller)? Would also like to see what you have in mind for the banner.

scuzzy: This is a very nice design, and would probably be perfect for someone else, but not for me. Great design though, and thank you as well.

Hi, thanks for the feedback. Here is the requested change. I have removed the tagline and increased the size of your name. You will also see that there are 3 different "blues", with the one displayed in the middle being the original. If there is any particular blue that you would like then just let me know.

Hello, here's my solution:

It's stylish, yet still manages to be corporate and respectable at the same time.

The greyish blues are very corporate, and suit your site's nature perfectly.

Of course, should you ever wish to branch out, the logo still retains its form using B+W.

TheAge: That is probably in 2nd place, very nice design. If it weren't for Pixelize you would probably be in the lead. Just a little too simple compared to his look.

Look out, we have a contender here.

tsoft, I really like the 2nd design. Can you change it so the blues are darker, and reduce the height of the icon a little so the letters aren't as stretched? (reduce the ascender height)

Would also like to see the favicon and a banner idea.

Firstly, onlyfights your second icon logo was way better, but still didn't beat the other two.

First prize goes to tsoft after several PMs.

I am going to work out a second prize for pixelize for his hard and nice work.
