$15 - Simple Header / Banner Contest - Pay Tonight ** - Need ASAP.

What's up Designers...

I'm looking for a simple / but effective banner in the size of 880x250

Here is an example of what it looks like and where the text will be on the Header, so you can work around it. (no Text in the Header, because I already have that in the Blog Title) The text is white, so I would prefer no "white" background.. lol

This will be going on a "Government Grants Review" website so I want it to look legit / believable, and would like to have the "As seen on TV" thing on there like ABC news, MSN, etc...

I will pay you via paypal, and I really want this done by tonight if possible...

Just one question, could you be a little more specific, I'm a tad bit confused with the image you posted above. What exactly do you want done?

Right now, I'd have to say that 9design is in the lead.. but I would like to have a girl on the header instead of a guy. (preferably a female with glasses :) )

One more thing that I should add... 9Design is the perfect banner right now, all the colors are good, everything is great.. except I want a female with glasses, and instead of someone holding money.. I want them to be holding a Stimulas Check from the government.. this will be the perfect header.... PLUS.. the winner of this design will have many more "Header" jobs coming...
