I have just reviewed your first site and here is my feedback:

- colors for blocks, background and text are selected incorrectly;
- website has no style and design at all;
- the main website menu is not visible;
- try another text fonts and make the text visible and readable;

In general, my opinion is the following: - it is better to redesign a website from zero or just have it updated by professionals! Once visitor come to your site they will go away within a few seconds!

I think you have to work on the over all layout of your website.The color combination is not that much great.Try some new layout.

the first appearance is not great for any of them. You either have to change the background or improve upon the color scheme. Just think. It would definitely help
