Please review our File Hosting service and the design im building for it

Hi everyone,
i need your reviews on our file hosting service (http://www.uploadline.com),

What do you think of the speeds? is it easy to use? do you like the logo? what recommendations fo you have as in features of the site? take a look arround first and let me know what you think.

Also im building a new design in photoshop, im not a proffesional web designer but this is what i came up with in a few hours

I havent finished building it im going to add some introduction text and build the download page, user control panel page etc.

Not bad but a little slow. Took nearly 15 secs to upload a 400k file. You might struggle if the site got popular :P

Keep the minimalist design - very rapidshare and that's not a bad thing.

The Remote URL Upload button doesn't work. Do you have to be logged in to use that?

1) the site has never been slow, your actually the first person to ever complain about the speed since i launched it lol. I guess its the rise in traffic past few hours and our upload servers are full right now so we are using the main server which also has a very good connection for uploads.

2) The remote file upload function does work, but its only for free and premium members not guests, we designed a system so users can upload up to 20 files per day from urls including rapidshare where they can enter there rapidshare login information in the account page and enter links to rapidshare files to be fetched onto Uploadline and there account.

I have been working on the system for a very long time now, You may notice that if you upload a wmv, flash or divx file there is an option to stream the file through a web player too once you generate a link.
