Its a forum for the game diablo1,2 and 3, soon i will launch a blog and other features but currently i have just launched the forum on there.

Having two google ads stacked at the bottom just looks bad. I would suggest searching around for a theme that you can modify and work with. Or edit the color scheme, It just looks to plain. Your header logo looks cool. Trying and offer more sub-forums as well. Give people a place to talk about differnt things.

Website structure is not built correctly! Blue and black color combinations don't look very good! It is better to decorate a website template in more professional style!

just add more content so that a visitor doesn't get bored instantly. More stuff would at least keep the traffic glued.

Some of your images seem to be dead. Not only that, phpBB is a weak software along with the fact that a lot of the skins are crap. Your ads on the top look like they're really out of place. You can improve by perhaps converting forum software to perhaps MyBB or SMF, and consider placing the right size ads in the right place. Good luck, though!

I think you can really monetize this site if you do it properly. It is a huge Niche and the 3rd release in the series is coming out soon. I agree that you need more content there is no posts on diablo 2 even.
