Can anyone tell me how many posts you have to make in SitePoint before they allow HTML and links in signature?
Thanks in advance,

That is hilarious that you are asking here instead of on sitepoint. I'm pretty sure they require 100 posts before you get links in your signature.

I know, felt real dumb after I posted it, but I'm new in there and didn't want someone to think I was spamming the forum.
Thanks for pointing that out though ;)

You can have your sig links since the first day, but they have nofollow atribute. after 100 posts they'll be follow

you can add links at 10 post, then 100 do-follow. I believe

Yep and Do-follow links are always awesome, so try to go for 100 posts ;)

After you get your 100 posts ALL of your posts turn to "dofollow" links as well. Not just the ones after the 100 mark. A really good incentive to get there quickly.

Sitepoint has some relevant information, but I'd stick with DigitalPoint ;)

What is everyone's opinion on digitalpoint vs sitepoint? What are the main differences?

But still better if your posts are quality.... Don't just post anything just to reach 100 posts.

DP has a higher PR than site point.

I see more links counted in YSE and GWT, from DP. SP hardly cracks the radar.

Agreed, I have seen the same thing. Sitepoint anymore is just a secondary type of website to DP.

SitePoint and DigitalPoint have 2 very different types of poster. On SitePoint you tend to have more US and UK based website owners, where as here on DigitalPoint there is a large volume of users who run smaller blog type sites.

SitePoint also publishes excellent articles and books whereas DigitalPoint is simply an open forum.Agreed, I have seen the same thing. Sitepoint anymore is just a secondary type of website to DP.
