Isn't that just a GoDaddy affiliated site?

I use dynadot.com
Godaddy takes paypal too but you need to be verified ;)

It's cheaper than GoDaddy :D
GoDaddy.com = $9.99/year
Sixty6 Domains = $8.75/year

If you use namecheap!
They take paypal, and unlike godaddy, are so much easier to deal with, to take care of your account, and so forth.
If you ever go to godaddy (and the many resellers of their service) and use them, then use namecheap, you will find out which is best.

I agree with you dawg, NameCheap is pretty nice for people to the new domain ($8.88/year is still more than Sixty6 Domains :p) but their interface is definitely much better than Yahoo! and easier to understand compared to GoDaddy (GoDaddy has tons of advanced features though and is extremely powerful).
I think the support offered by GoDaddy is better than NameCheap though from personal experience...

Cool! Their privacy registration is a lot cheaper than GoDaddy's... (Although I'm not sure if it's possible to get that from a third party...)

Another problem with NameCheap is the fact that they don't have phone support like GoDaddy

You get 10% off new domains at namecheap if you use the current coupon when checking out, so it has been for quite some time only $7.99.
The current coupon is MORE4LESS
Yeah, namecheap offers free whoisguard for all domains registered with them.
Support has been excellent in the very few times I have had to hunt down something...via email, not that pressing of problems to have need of a phone number.
But....wait until my son has his own domain registrar company up and running!
Be better than godaddy, namecheap and anyone else.
Plus cheaper to buy domains.

nice to see you supporting your son like that! I never heard of a person starting his own domain registrar, how does that work?

Money!
Takes quite a bit to start up as the top company that takes care of all domains wants a big bond backing up the company.
Then one must purchase domains in huge blocks.
Complete business plan (son is working with lawyer and consultant to get this one done, so you can imagine the expense just for this).
So many, bottom line is money.

Well, it is a long process to be your own registrar, basically you need to be accredited and so on. http://www.icann.org/registrars/ra-agreement-17may01.htm should give you some clue.
Alternatively, you can just sign up with GoDaddy, Namecheap or Enom to be a reseller and start your own domain name registrar through that.

Namecheap allows you to fund your account with Paypal and it is done automatically. I've checked with paypal earlier about only accepting verified accounts but they say there is no such option.
So I guess with that said and done, you can use namecheap with an unverified paypal account.
But is there a reason why you did not go verify your account ? Personally, I think it is just a simple procedure and it would indeed gives the other party more confidence dealing with you. For me, I accept Paypal accounts and I process orders manually and if it is unverified, I will just return the person the money and move on to the next customer.

Namecheap has a decent user menu, its a quick site and the set up to buy is quick and easy too. They also have free whois on every $8.99 domain for 1 year reg. cant beat that deal!
Their bulk domain cost is high tho. $7.99 ea/yr - min. 25 names. Anyone know of a decent bulk price?

LOL, that's fine, I don't care who you register with, but I would definitely recommend GoDaddy or it's resellers (GoDaddy handles support for resellers, but we offer lower prices, basically the same thing :D) over NameCheap!
I had a DNS Problem with NameCheap and waited a good amount of days before it was fixed (ticket support only) and just remembered that fasteasysubmission.com (I think there were a couple of backorders on it) was registered with NameCheap and was about to expire TODAY lol, I hurried and sadly I couldn't transfer to GoDaddy, so I renewed it and I can only transfer it after 60 days now :(

I've basically just shifted out of GoDaddy to Namecheap. I could not get the discounted pricing at GoDaddy and now paying $8.95+0.25 ($9.20) per domain as compared to the $8.88 at Namecheap and they threw in the Privacy Protection, not that I use it that often.
Namecheap serves me well. I am moving out of GoDaddy because they have this policy of not accepting customers from my country, Singapore and Namecheap does.

Really? GoDaddy has a policy like that? Well that's new...Can you refer it in their TOS or AUP?

Yup, GoDaddy had that policy for a while now. Most of my domains were registered before that happened years ago. I can't renew it.

No worries. I am not a person who would post something which is not true. Moving out of Godaddy is my only option to ensure that I keep my domain names.
