Can a copy text for affiliate site

I have a site that has some affiliate links. Can copy the short About Us description of their services and put it on my site?? The information is being used to help sell their products.

Generally, you cannot copy the text unless their affiliate terms and conditions allow you to do so. The terms probably do not allow for it.

A better approach is to simply contact them and ask for permission. Since you are plugging their services, they will mostlikely give permission.

Emailing them works best, even if they allow, it's duplicate content. Recommended Rewrite of the content.
