Yup. Looks like this will be my last check (OK, OK: cheque for you Londoners.) I am hoping the new direct deposit thing goes smoothly for next month's donation to my cause.

You would think so but fact is I've never had a problem receiving checks for monies earned from my numerous online affiliate partnerships. I have had trouble in the past with ACH/direct deposit.

I do have much faith in g00gle's new payment options. They tend to do techincal stuff very well.

Took me a little over a year to get my first, but after that it's been monthly for me. Just repeat this mantra in your mind: "content is king...content is king..."

over a year?
OMG...Now i am thinking is it worth it?

my site is frequently visited by the returning members
perhaps not the best site for adsense..

Well, we'll see what happens

I will keep you posted :)

It's worth it. The current alternatives don't measure up (Yahoo
s new program may offer some serious competition though.)

I wasn't serious about AS for some time and that's why it took so long. For the first 8 months I had AS on just one website. Now I have it on ~112 sites.

I just had my first months cheque approved too!

Total amount for February 8th to 28th $133.63 and if my PIN is anything to go by the cheque should only take 3-4 weeks to get here and another 2-3 weeks to clear (LOL). I've not bothered much with ad placement yet, the ads are just tucked away neatly at the bottom of each page, but I might work on this soon if it means more Moolah :)

A very happy bunny,

Placement definitely matters. If you're making 133 at the bottom, but it at the top and watch your CTR and earnings increase.

Hey folk!

Do you know that reveal your earning in public is against G's TOS? if they discover this I dont think it gonna be "a very happy bunny" anymore!

Be careful!

I've made that mistake before but I reckon I'm safe on this one as I'm only stating the gross amount for February

Confidentiality. You agree not to disclose … (b) click-through rates or other statistics relating to Site performance in the Program provided to You by Google; and (c) any other information designated in writing by Google as "Confidential" or an equivalent designation. Revealing the gross payment amount has never been against google TOS. Revealing specifics like CPM is.
