This should be an easy one for most of you guys:

I'm looking for my current logo to be updated. I want it to look more modern and sleek. So, basically all you have to do is look at the logo I'm using now and freshen it a little bit.

Pretty simple, huh? Well, the winner will get $100. And if you want to add your touch to it, be my guest. The logo is for a web series reality show that is based on Internet dating. Winner will be the one with the cleanest and most professional looking design.

Nope.
I don't do the whole multiple account thing. I just didn't know what to make for a username. Link is what I'd usually go with, but I'm too lazy to refill a register because its probably a taken name. So I added GFX to the end.

If I was BoGFx why would I add GFX to the end of my name? It makes it seem blatantly obvious.
If you STILL don't beleive me, go for it and ask a staff to check IPs.

I realy wouldn't blame people the next time you need another design , you get a very low response. If you don't like something just say it , not by saying they sucked, others may or may not agree. You catch more flies with honey than insults.

I will not be participating further, and for these reasons:I don't want to spend my time making a concept when I get that attitude thrown in my face. I think that comment showed you to be unprofessional, and as I now feel that you are unprofessional, I have doubts that you would stick to your word and pay if I won.

How about give some constructive criticism? We can't read your mind, you have to be specific in what you want. Otherwise, your going to be disappointed. Just telling us the designs suck isn't going to improve future revisions.

Ahh, poor baby. You want your binkie now? Yes, exactly...

These designs are not bad. The more accurate way of expressing your dislike is to simply say, "All of these designs are not what I had in mind..." and continue on by pinpointing what it is you don't like about each design and/or what you do like. For instance, do you like big, chunky square letters? Do you like all caps or all lower case or mixed up? Do you like web 2.0 effects? If so, which ones? Do you like a thick border encasing the font or are is it played now? Do you like McDonald's logo? You do? Why? Oh, you don't---why not? And so forth. In other words: express in detail why or why not. Hey, if it'll help you express what you are looking for, why not cite some urls?

Why you choose to NOT communicate what you want done to your logo will remain a mystery. Either you lack the skill on how to effectively express what you like, or you don't know what you like, or you're the kind of individual who gets some sick thrill from running bogus contests just to see how many ppl will put up with your silliness. Who knows only you do. Maybe it would be in your best interest as well as everyone else to ask a MOD to just close the thread. Because by the looks of how you are running your contest, you might as well go take some designing lessons offline and/or online and learn how to revamp your own logo.

Hey, here's my entry. My idea was - as you can see - a stamp, like "delivery unsuccesful" or "case closed", but it says "unknown"!!
The typewriter font is also to go with the stamp - you see these sort of stamps on those official documents where it's all been done on a typewriter.
Hope you like it, and sorry you have to look through so many.
