Yes,it doesn't matter what your domain name contain.
People are only interested in your domain PR.
So if you get high PR with your domain, then i don't see any reason that make your domain unsalesable.

Domains that contains numbers sell all the time. Even if you have no pagerank, it's very possible to make a sale. This works best if the number means something in the domain, such as cars4sale.com, or learn2earn.com.

If the domain is short (4 letters or less), it also has a good chance of selling.

Some numbers also have become common in domains such as "24" as in hosting24.com, or "247" as in 247apartments.com. These names definitely have intrinsic value even without a website.

Just to clarify, when I say good chance of selling, I mean for a domain name.
Most domain names are rather difficult to sell.

tnc1.com
inl9.com

With 3 letter domains, almost all have value.
With 4 letter domains, it depends on the quality. Therefore, I wouldn't risk it with those domains. However, since you did research before buying a domain, that's a good sign.

Ofcourse you can.
As long as it is readable, unique & not too long.
Try to add some catchy to your domain
