If I send to google 60,000 links such that each 30,000 of this 60k links points in the end to the same location (i.e 30,000 duplicate links).

Do you think Ill get punished by google?

i think google will see this pages as "Supplemental Result" and ignore that pages

Well if the links are generated too quickly then Ya may be you can get penalized.
