Site Validation Problem

Hi, I can open my site with no problem but when I do a link exchange they cannot find it. My directory can be found but not the main page?

Any ideas what is causing the problem, and more "important" how to fix it:confused:

I set a link up to your page with no problem. Do you have the url of the site that has a link to your site on it?

Try having the link point to: http://www.barrie101.com/Default.php

Yup, it works. No problem at all.

It could just be because of the name of your index file (Default.php). index.php would be better (though, really, they should both work). The server should go through a long list of possible indexes like this:

index.html index.shtml index.htm Index.html Index.htm Index.shtml default.htm Default.htm default.html Default.html default.shtml Default.shtml page1.html index.pl index.cgi index.php index.php3 default.php Default.php index.phtml home.htm home.html home.shtml index.wml

It totally depends on the configuration. "index.php" is the best bet for working on most standard configurations.
