Hi everyone, I am pretty new to this whole make money online... I was very skeptical about it till last year when I found out about a website where you get points and trade for stuff. I started slow but then I got a few referrals and I was able to trade my first gift cards.
Now I have a blog where I promote a few website to get referrals. I make barely nothing. I only make a few bucks a month. I get paid through paypal or gift cards. I was wondering what's my next step?
How can I grow?
- More traffic?
- Other programs?
Here's my blog (I only get a little over 1000 visits a day, it's almost 1 month old)
http://swagcodes.wordpress.com
If anyone has suggestion on what should be my next step I would appreciate. I have been reading all over the forum trying to find new ideas, but I have spent money on too many scams before, don't want to make the same mistake again.
All i have learned so far is that it takes a lot of visits to get a few referrals.

Your next step is to buy a domain and move your website to it, so you actually own it rather then blogging on wordpress's domain. Domain names and hosting is only a few bucks a year.

For a site only one month old you get a lot of visitors. That's pretty darn good
As for more traffic, you can write articles, join forums
I'm not sure what you mean by 'other programs' unless you are looking for something similar to swagcodes
My blog (link below) can help you on both items.....check the categories for Traffic and GPT

thank you both. i thought about getting a domain name, but I was afraid to lose visitors. I get a lot of visits because it's for a specific audience at the moment and they all know about it :)
I'm reading about PR and all that stuff cause I am just learning about that now.

It's better to have your own domain, so it's best to do it now when you have 100 visits a day rather then down the line when you have 10,000 visitors a day. Trust me :)

Get your own domain and just put a post up on the old URL saying "we've moved."
With 1000 hits a day and with the kind of info you're offering, I'd highly recommend a CPALead type of gateway (referral link in my sig). Depending on where your traffic is from, you can definitely bring in $40 or so per day with that number of visitors.

CPALead is interesting. I had never heard of this option before... but I have to move my blog from wordpress because I cannot add javascript there. I was wondering how log are these surveys?

Some are just email submits, most are surveys. The surveys take about 5 minutes to complete, if that long. Very minimal.
