Low Converting CPA Help

I have been reading the forum for a while now and have decided to jump in with my first post.

I Have been using CPALEAD for a week on a site with mainly British users. The site is a streaming site, and the user is desperate to acess the content so more than willing to fill out a survey. Today I had around 3000 uniques with over 1000 clicks as this screen shot shows.

However from 1000 clicks of people desperate for the content only 41 went through, this does not seem right as at 1 time 400 people were watching the content, so obviously the clicks are not converting as they should, or I am not being properly paid. A conversion rate of 4% seems appaling.
Does anyone have an advice of what I should do?
Are there any alternative gateway cpa networks?
any ides how I can best monetize my site?

I didn't have good luck with CPALead either..the conversions were horrible for me as well. I would suggest a network like Incent Reward, Epic Edge Media. There are a ton of different offers to choose from and you can actually good on decent conversions. Check out the link in my sig for a ton of great CPA Networks. HTH!

thanks, do they have their own gateway? as cpa lead as it is necessary for my site.
