For good traffic first thing is good content. Than you can do directory submission, social bookmarking, and forum posting like you have done here (be more active in forums like DP). There are also many more. You can put your signature here also

i agree to ozair i have upto 100 back links but traffic to my site is not more than 10 daily im worried

There are many standard ways to get backlinks to your site including directory submissions, article submissions, social bookmarking etc. You need to ensure that you choose your keywords carefully and once you have a visitor he/she subscribes to your blog feed.

ozairkhan how old is your blog anyway? Since it's a programming blog you should join some programming forum and start replying to questions. Double check (or triple check) your answers as you really want to be as helpful as possible. Don't forget to link your site from your signature and make it a live link not like the one you have here

But the most important thing you need much more useful, easy-to-understand post. Why do you write about loan consolidation in your php mysql blog anyway?

Also remember this is just one of several backlinking strategies. You should use more than 1 or 2.

build links through many ways like article submissions to ezine, goarticles.........directories like DMOZ, go also for link exhanges with other bloggers........useful comment on other blogs will also help you.........

and make sure to achieve some traffic you need to spend more time to blogs rather just hopiing of traffic without daring to improve your blogs........;););)

Start with some links in your signature. Join niche forums and add your links. Get a Pligg or Vbulletin site. If you can't afford that use Ning to build links.
