I'm kinda confused here, may be its just me  ... can some one explain me why in the world my CJ impressions are so different from AdSense impressions - AdSense shows 3 times less than CJ and I have both ads on the exactly same pages. I fill like I'm missing something here...

Is the CJ stuff in JavaScript? Maybe they're counting spiders/bots. AdSense isn't activated by those. This is just a guess...I'm not familiar with CJ, or what kind of links you're using.

The impressions in Adsense are actually Ad impressions NOT page impressions. So if you have 2 ad units on a page then for each page impression it will show 2 impressions in Adsense.
How many ad units do you have per page?

Yes I think that riziko is right, I have a similar problem with my account which can get irritating.

Well, that's the point that Ad Sense shows 3 times less then CJ.. and I have two ad unites on most of the pages. If AdSense showing impressions per unit that means I would have to have much more impressions for AdSense and not less then CJ... I guess Kadence is closer to the truth. But still acorrding to my stats and CJ impressions I have to have much more impressions with AdSense then I have right now.

It could be that some of your vistors left your site before Adsense Ads was displayed.

I don't think there is a slight chance of this. But since you mentioned it, now I remember that very rare instead of commercial ads I get Public Service Ads appearing... but it is very very rare.

Yes CJ links in javascript so as AdSense...Some is and some isn't. The SmartZones are, the plain links aren't. Sometimes they hit a server with an img request to track impressions

Yes, the plain links are with one pix. image to track impressions. May be CJ shows a sum of all links impressions?

If you have more than one cj ad on the page it will count an impression for each ad. If you have 2 ads on one page then you have 2 impressions for one page view.
If you have one ad on one page then I dunno :D

yes I figures now :) does make sense. It's just all mixed up in my head - ad impressions.. page impressions :) kinda confusing especially if they are not clarified by the advertisers.

Maybe I missed something, but isn't it against the Adsense TOS to place other conceptual ads on the same pages as Adsense ads??

I guess you are, unless my english is worse than I thought :D
Here is a quote from official Google Policies (https://www.google.com/adsense/policies)
Competitive Ads and Services
We do not permit Google ads or search boxes accessing Google search services to be published on web pages that also contain what could be considered competing ads or services. This would include ads that mimic Google ads or otherwise appear to be associated with Google on your site. If you have elected to receive content-based Google ads, this would also include all other content-targeted ads. If you have elected to receive Google search services, this would include other search services on the same site and non-Google query-targeted ads. We do allow affiliate or limited-text links.
SuperSEO, I have 3 ads on 1/2 of all the pages I have AdSense ads.
