Logo Design for MP3 Site -- $20

Hello,
I need a logo for my mp3 music search and streaming site musicmeload.com.

Contains the text: MusicMeLoad.com
Size: 300 x 200 px max
Background color: white

The design must be elegant with web 2.0 style and re-sizeable to 140 x 80 px. I'm ready to take all ideas into consideration and I will give good quick feedback on all of them. The winner will be announced after 24H but I reserve the right to extend the time if necessary. Prize $20 payment via Paypal only.

Thank you for an entry from snake412 via PM. The text looks too chaotic and away from my liking, perhaps you can re-done it using other fonts.

Just received an entry from joidiamonds, thank you. You are on the right direction, but the text's line border is too thick. Perhaps you can use different font styling with darker fill color and thinner line border.

Thank you for your entry katesrobyn. I like the idea of "bag" icon, but the sharp angle on it makes me feel very serious when look at it. I need the design looks relaxing and warm.

@ thelebeau Thank you for the entry. I think you can improve the design by adding some custom icon so people would catch and remember the image easily.

@ Nithin Kumar Thank you for the entry. Perhaps you can improve the font styling and the headphone icon looks oldies to me. Needs something more ingenuity to capture the relaxing music atmosphere in web 2.0 style.

@ joidiamonds. Actually I like the overall design of your first entry more than the second one. Perhaps you can add the curve on your first design similar to the second entry.

@ CB, Actually I was expecting to see something like a customized letter M so it would stand-out and easy to remember.

@ Creations4You Thank you for the entry, I like your design simplicity. Could you offer me another idea for the icon but keep it looks simple.

It is difficult to chose the best design on this contest, because all of you have presented nice design which I like. However I must chose one among many good design and I have feeling the most on the logo from jokomamamita. Therefore the reward for this contest goes to jokomamamita for this design.
