This is great contest.. I want to join this contest but I dont know how to register. Is old blog is allowed to joint this contest? is this is also a seo ranking contest or visitors contest? Please help me regarding this.. .

It's all about increasing search visits in whatever possible ways (could be keyword optimization, theme tags optimizing,search engine submissions...). No black-hat methods though
