The site was launched early last year, and shut down after a business partner backed out about 4 months ago.

Thinking of selling now, was used as vbulletin forum

could be used as message board/blog/video blog/ etc

Blog or forum would do nice. If you planning to sell it, you might get low $XX, unless someone is desperately looking for a hip hop related domain name :)

Thanks. If I didnt sell it would it be worth going the google adsense for domain route?

I think the value depends on what work was put on it, pr?, back links? etc.
As a domain name only reg fee.

the domain will not get you anything unless its got good PR or backlinks..
