Basically I need a website design based off of the following broshure. Basically the color scheme and logo is what you can take from it. The content is similar to that which is in the broshure. The website design needs to have a similar feel the broshure. I'm interested in seeing what you all come up with.

Winner will receive 20.00 via paypal.
And I will need the .psd.

It's not very pretty to say the least. I'd like something with a bit more style and with a web 2.0 feel. The red you used is very intense. If you could tone it down a bit that would be great. Also I don't like the clouds, remove them please.
Also no adsense box, and th navigation bar is tacky.
And please try to incorporate the actual provided logo in the design. Thanks.
The color scheme should be similar to the broshure, gray, red, and white.

For $20 you're not going to get a high quality, professional design.

@ anyone that has a problem with the rates, don't post here. If you aren't willing to work under my conditions simply don't post.

Unbelievable. The brochure you provided us with is ugly, the colours hurt my eyes, actually! $20 is very little money, too.

Thats not a good way to take criticism. Yes blame your lack of delivering something better on the price range. There is a difference between high quality, and people that half do a job. If you think the rate is too low, then that's your loss.
Please stop your rant in my thread, if you wish to drop out of the contest that's your decision.

It looks a lot better than your other attempt. Thank you for trying again. It looks good, just a few changes please. This isn't a blog, it will serve a website for an accounting business. Could you extend that "article box" and do something else with that categories/blog section. As I described above. Also can you do something with all the white space in the header?
Thanks.

Your design isn't bad. Can you incorporate more icolors in to your design? Specifically can you put some white in there. I'm also no liking the way the log clashes in with your ready header section.
Thanks for the entry.

Can you modify it a bit to remove all the blog based concepts and replace them with something for fitting? This is a business based website. So far I'm liking your concept the most. You are on the right track for sure.

I don't want to seem rude, but how did you make the brochure if you can't think of a template for your website? And how much did the brochure cost? Was it $20?

It looks beautiful, a few things though
The images of the people can you get rid of all the white spaces?
Top blank space near the logo. Can you place the words "creating better businesses" right there in black text.
Where the white "creating better business" can you put a random finance quote.
Thankyou. This looks great, you are so in the lead.
and @ ohreallymoney I'm not gonna respond to your negative comments.

There will always be designers willing to compete for $20.00 on this forum, because there are people from all over the world where 20 bucks is a lot of money for them to make in a few hours on their computer. Sure, it's a very small amount but you do have the choice of whether to enter or not. Generally, you won't see many good designs for $20 because the better designers will refrain from entering anything under $200 but if you have a low budget, then you have a low budget and you can't help that.
Instead of complaining, just click the 'back' arrow and look for another contest. The low prize contests will be here to stay i'm pretty sure, so just try and accept them for what they are.
Good luck to the contest holder, hope you find what you want on here!

Looking better, can you resize the creating better businesses txt, by about 50% of what it is now. And can you give that text a glossy effect?
And also can you another box at the bottom of the current content that takes up 80% of the space. A horizontal box.
Thanks again.

@ shinan, it looks great. Can you just move the creating better business over to the left, and have the txt remain black. If no other entries come you've more than likely won.
Contest ends about 27 hours from now.

Your concept isn't "terrible" it just needs a lot more work. If you could design something similar to shinan's in terns of layout or overall concept, that might yield better results. Please note I'm not saying copy his work, make it your own of course.

Alright, you don't want us to use those exact colors and logo do you? Because it won't fit in with the "web 2.0" style you mentioned.

You don't have to use the exact colors and logo, just something that works.

Here is my WIP, I'm still working on a revamp of that logo, which will go in the upper left, to the left of the text. Code can be provided for $10 extra.
