I think these website evaluation tools just shows the inaccurate value. websites buyers doesnt give that much value to those tools. what matter is earnings, traffic, Niche, and most of all these days age and PR of Domain. IMO here is the value for your site :
Domain name - Reg Fee.
Niche - Bollywood - Hollywood [ Low paying ]
PR - 0 [ Higher PR matter a lot..]

The layout and design is good the site looks very appealing to the eye but I think
you should build up the traffic before you sell the site.

1) thoose tools are quite blunt
2) even if its worth that, doesn't mean its what's its sold at :)

Why would PR matter at all in this? Though, I guess if it was a 0...then it would matter. But PR plays no role in SERPs nor traffic. I can spoof a PR within 3 months by buying a bunch of high PR links that expire the day you buy my site...then you'd be screwed on the next PR update...
I honestly think this:
Brandability of domain name
Traffic and traffic trends (uniques; pageviews, pv's per visit)
Yearly revenue
SERPs
I'm just having a tough time why "higher PR matter a lot".......

I think that 2140 its crazy, I dont think that any webmaster want to spend it.
Same as Azzidreign, spend more time making it better and you could earn more than 2140

I think its a great domain, but agree that no one will pay that much for it. It like the house value websites. They tend to over inflate the value of everything. Good luck.

Dear prakasharavind i don't think so because your site have 0 pr and your alexa rank is good but still work on traffic and site designs, layout and all other things are superb but my advice is don't sale your site now because it would have more potentiality and value in near future, your site is looking very new.Just checked your SEO everything is fine but wait for another few months then think for selling of the site in future it will go for a higher cost. Its a friendly advice as i have a little experience in this.
Thank You.

It's a habit of DP-Buyers to base everything on PageRank
YOu can have a static HTML page with a PR5 and people will fork out a lot of money, we need to be a bit more open-minded and not solely rely on PR when it comes to buying/selling sites

That same website said my domain was worth $21,000 dollars. I think its kind of like those "Your IQ Is", it never is what it says it is. Sorry to bring ya down though.

These type of online site worth evaluation tools are useless.
Original worth of a site depends upon the following factors.
1. Alexa rank
2. Page Rank
3. Number of quality Back links
Do you think anyone give you that much price to this site?

Thank you M3rC and you are right.
LoL .... a web site is worth what some one is willing to pay for it basically .... online tools are close to useless when evaluating a site ....
and mate .... one last thing .... why did you thank seven different people in seven different posts ? should have placed them all in one response .... you will get banned for inflating post count.
