I need a javascript...

Hi All,
I need a javascript clock that gives me the ability to change the image I select, every minute of the the day, thats in sync with the users/viewer PC clock regardless of the varying time zones around the world. Thats about 1400 image changes per day. I'm sure there's something out there, I just can't find it. If you're interested, I'd love to hear from you and your comments?
