You might want to check out Wild West Domains (wildwestdomains.com) - prt of the Go Daddy Group, Inc., - What they offer is something between an affiliate program and a reseller solution.

I use them - you can check out my sites here:
xanahosting.com
xanaresellerhosting.com

I did the same thing as datex. You can see my site here:

TheWebsiteGirls.com
Click on the "Resellers!" link for more info about the reseller program. I believe it starts at only $99 a year. It's a pretty versatile program, and you can customize a lot of the prices/design/feel of the site from a control panel.

Note: if you are looking to just sell hosting, you might want to also check out the unlimited hosting reseller option at hostgator.com. Hostgator is also a lot more popular with the internet marketing crowd due to their use of cpanel and their access to features/permissions necessary for a lot of commonly used scripts.
