Video sharing script

Hello everybody,

I'm new here and I am interested in a video sharing script. First of all I am looking for a free one if it exists, it is doesn't I want to buy a good one. I just want a simple one, without lots of functions, just upload and for rating and popularity.
I want to know if someone knows about a good one and simple one or maybe a bit complex.

About them I want to know more about coders, I read something on a forum, but it was for nothing.

I'm not sure about free video community scripts out there - I'm sure there must be done, but the problem will be with the video encoder. I would say you need to start your search with ffmpeg, a free library of video encoders, which can be integrated with the web. There's even something called ffmpeg-php, so it can be done!

You should try Google API for your video uploadings, this is best for sharing from anywebsite also reduces site bandwidth.
Ask some experts about this API's for you video sharing website development..
