I need a redesign for a dance academy, the tech jazz dancing, tap dancing, ballet, etc. The winner will be chosen and will have the chance for more jobs in the future.

(logos, websites, coding, illustrations):D

I am looking for a well upgrade from the current website they have now, nothing to basic, and something eye catching.

This is the current design look.

No it does not, its html, php, css. The design layout is free form, you do not have to stick to the same layout-pattern as the one in the picture, be creative.

I actually only need a design, no coding is needed, i will be able to code it myself. I just dont have the time or the inspiration to do the design.

I will up the prize to 225.00 for just design, im not worried about the coding, but only if i get a good selection to choose from. Probly like 10 or more.

It looks the same, with all the gradients, maybe try more web 2.0? Glassy effects? The font, i am not really fond of.

Kate, your design has the right mix of colors, but the layout is a bit to simple for my taste. It looks alot like standard websites, im looking for somthing a bit more complicated, mixed with graphical. Your on the rigth track.


Try spicing it up a bit, and also try making the layout a bit more free. Not so box like.

Neil, thats a fantastic design, i think it would fit well with what im looking for, im not to sure about the bottom design though. for the footer. you think you can spike somthing up down there?

bizzard - i love what you have, but im not fond of the all dark layout, and colors, maybe lighten it up a bit? The butterfly im not really fond of either. And as for teh chat, im lookin for standard chat like the one in the orginal image i posted, not horizontal. Could you do somthing abbit more with the fonts? your def in the tops.

jatazoulja- its nice, but it seems to aimed towards more of the children, im looking for somthing more professional, the school teaches ages 5 and up.

shinan - really nice design i like where its heading, if you could lighten it up a bit that would be nice, but you forgot to make room for the chatbox, that is a must stay, so if you could please, adjust the design a bit? I also am not to fond of the girl on the left. could you try somthing diffrent?

shinan - i like that a bit better, but the gray kills it for me, and plus there is not room for the rest of the chatbox, take a look at the orginal image, and see what the chatbox looks like. try extending the layout length-wise

I hope you can appreciate the quality of my design!
I've followed your requirements and i made a design that is certainly eye catching, user friendly and graphical. And also you've received a lot of entry's with dark backgrounds and you told them you are not fond with dark colors so i used a light background that fits very well with violets and pinks.
I also tried not to fill the content area with "artistic" backgrounds. This way the hole section looks more clean and the information is more readable.

I'm open to do any changes you want. I can make it darker if you want but i think this colors are a bit more feminine ( and correct me if i'm wrong but this site is mainly for woman ).

Anyway i hope you like it! :)

Neil - i think that does it for your design. I like it alot, i have some thinking to do. I want to make a few mor adjustments, but i will once i make a decision, if you are the winner.

Blizzard - its a bit to dark to what i am looking for. I rather be on the light side of designs, usualy i love dark designs, but not for this one.

zeba5 - you very well did follow my instructions, I am very pleased with this design. You certainly made it to the tops.

Jorge05r - i like where you were going, but im not fond of gradiant navigations and backrounds etc. gradients make it look to basic for me. The way it was used anyways.

jeezy17 - i like that design alot better, you certainly made a big change form the last one, But i hate to say this, but its to much pink, it focus's on a mix of dance. yours reminds me of straight ballet.
