I am looking for someone to create a header/table for a sportsbook line history page. We are currently using very basic tables: http://www.spreadweekly.com/football/spread/line-history/?id=7912. I would like someone to create a nice header image and maybe improve the look of table to go with it.
An example that I quickly came up with is: http://www.spreadweekly.com/test/scoreboard%20copy-3.jpg. So basically a large spot for the sportsbook logo then have on either side the Spread (we will place the spread there with text over the image).
I was thinking something like a scoreboard but as long as it looks good...the header can be anything. For my example I just have the spread for each team: Home: +3 (even) and Away: -3 (+110)....there are other odds that may be cool if you have room in the header (but not necessary, we don't want it to look cluttered)...like the moneyline and over/under. The moneyline would look something like: +150 and like the spread will be different for the home and away team. The over/under is the same for both teams and would look like: 46.5 (-110).

The contest will be 3 days and I will pay with paypal. If I find a header I like...I will end the contest and pick the winner before the 3 days.
