I've entered quite a few keywords, some with a leading http:// on my domain and some without. The queries work but the sort by URL puts them in different places in the list.

Could you just remove the leading http:// for everyone when you store the URLs, or at least standardize on if it is required or not required.

Also there a way to change the URL in the keyword tracker wihout losing the keyword history?

No, sorry... there are reasons someone would want an http:// and reasons you would not. So there is no way to standardize it automatically.

There is not a way to alter the URL without deleting it and re-adding it.
