Hi Everyone,

I am planning to launch a thematic web site, and I thought it would be a good idea to include a subselection of Amazon's books on my site. This (I reckon) would have two benefits. First it would provide content to Google (and other search engines), and finally it would give users the added value I required for that specific subject. Am I wasting my time on this? I would appreciate your thoughts and if you know of any php scripts that might help me I would be delighted.

Remember I am not trying to spam any search engine, just providing specific and relevant information for the web site visitors as well as google.

Thanks

Krilin

I suggest looking at my Amazon Merchandise Feed (http://www.thinkbling.com) as this might be similar to your needs.

I think Amazon works off javaScript. If this is the case Google will have only the JavaScript tag to parse. As of now they will not spider the output.

The script in mention sucks in XML feeds from Amazon and returns straight html. It is 100% indexable.
