I requested second PIN for EU too, and few days after that I received the first. Today I receive the second heh. :)

Took me 70+ days to arrive here in Paris. Wondering if google sent it by shipping thru 7 seas LOL. jk:P

I'm in the UK, and my PIN took exactly 21 days to arrive, from the date when I hit my first $50. It comes very slow via surface mail from the USA. And then when it did arrive, my wife thought it was junk mail and went to throw it in the trash! It's just a piece of cardboard folded over, with a Google logo on it.
