$100 logo and front page design - 5 days

I need a new design for this site (http://tinyurl.com/)
I want a logo and the front page.
I want it to be simple and catchy. Web 2.0 style.
Very little clutter, more like a landing page with the main highlighted option is REGISTER.

Colours: Don't know, not red. Will give feedback.
