Free Link Exchange Script Required

I need a free link exchange script for one of my websites. Is there anyone aware of a link exchange script with latest features.

You can use any directory list like phpld for this purpose. Link exchanges are almost dead, I wonder why you still want to use such a script.

I don't know your reasons for wanting a script such as this, but for link building, if you can get one way links, it would be better.

Thank you much for the replies. I had looked through HotScripts and after struggling with almost all the scripts listed on their first page, finally got Linksman which is a flat file based link exchange manager. I agree that link exchange is not of much value but in some areas, it is very very difficult to get one way links and hence one needs to think about reciprocal links. Anyways thank you very much for suggestions and your help guys.
