Okay, if you're a web developer like me that get's annoyed trying to look up colors iin hexadecimal (that is if you use text editors rather than GUI web development software) than I made an online chart of colors in hexadecimal that may be of use to you. It's at http://www.freeminz.com/hexcolors/

SeoConsultants.com surprisingly has one of the best hex charts I've come across...

Since it lists converted Pantone and RGB codes it's great for trying to recreate printed materials (logos, etc).
