Free submission to Yahoo Regional Directories

I remember about 6 months ago I found a way to add my site to the regional yahoo directories, i.e. Yahoo UK, and it was successfully added without any payment.

I have tried to do the same with my new site but I can't see the free option anymore.

Does anyone know if this is still possible?

It's very confusing indeed.

If you start off at http://uk.dir.yahoo.com then navigate from there, some categories affer the free submission and some don't. You just got to find a category that does.
