about yahoo groups?

Look for groups that don't require moderation of your post but I suggest go for the moderated groups mainly because unmoderated groups are full of spam messages.

Well there are a lot... search in google groups for your keyword (if proxies than there are a lot lists here on DP)
And than see the groups which have + 7 mails per week :D
Mostly those are unmoderated ;)
