Thanks bigmac. That is one thing I cannot stand when I visit a site, is when there are huge ads popping out all over the place. So I tried to make them small and few in number.

I also think the design is good. :)
Tho only thing looking not in the place are the big black circles indicating the threads that have no new posts.
You could put some stylish icons instead imo... some envelopes or something.
But the site is good in general.
