Hey guys, i just put AFF on one of my sites, just wanted to know what some of your average monthly earnings are?

Right now ive been with them for a week and have 12 cents

So much has to do with the creative and links you are using, the placement, and the program. PM me if you dont want to share the info here...

I ran it for a day and the stats updated at the end of the week where it showed 15 click throughs, 1 signup, and $1.26 so it isn't that great.

this is on a page that generates 50000 impressions a day. they claim to pay $1/click so i tried it for a day.

I've personally used FF and AFF on all my sites usually and done really well, the best method though (I am not affiliated with this site at all, just use it) is using something like axelsfun.com or something like that -- they put fake profiles up there instead of the acutal FF or AFF Geo targeted ads but they generate alot more click throughs.

Give you an idea -- for AFF I use the Percentage payout - I was earning about $40-80/month with the PPC started using the axels account and switched to Percentage -- Made well over $300 that next month in signups

for FF I used Percentage only, I average on a site that gets about 3k uniques per day (and is a games/video type of site) -- 3-6 signups per day, 1 out of every 10 or so are paid members.

The AFF network is great to use if you use it correctly, just gotta be careful because their Geotargeted Banners of the females are sometimes horrible. So either use a paid service as above or email them and ask if you can create your own fake profiles on your site (Image + Ref URL) and that will work well.

Im not sure I understand what this script does. Is it one of those scripts that display "live webcams" and then you click on one of them and it refers you to another url?

I'm not exactly sure of the script that he is using, but most of them are pretty much the same. AFF Geotargeted Ads are pretty bad, they show random user profiles for the age/genders you select, but to be honest without being negative against people, some of the woman that would show are very ugly and would not entice people to click on the ads. What these programs do (and they are allowed by AFF), they either select random images (not real AFF members usually) or you can support images on your own, and it creates a code for you. I don't want to spam my site but i use it for instance on my riddleman.net site at the very bottom, you will see all the girls there are pretty good looking and they entice decent click throughs. --

These programs although sometimes do cost, they are well worth it as like stoned said you can earn alot of money through AFF from the reoccuring payments each month (which start to build up 5-7 months in).

i feel like crap, the lowest paying AFF affiliate is the Indian friend finder.....they pay 0.25 for a girl sign up, where as most others like koreanFF, chineseFF, latinFF etc, pay 1.50 - 2$

I also am using ppc but i am making about 1k a month with them. I love AFF. They pay quick and I get good CTR's on my banners.

I would lose the border and the join now link from the geo ads. Maybe fewer, and larger photos too. It is a fine line between tricking your users and getting them to show genuine interest. Here is what I would do.

1) Lose the "join now" link. The join link is out of context, makes it look like an ad, and only takes them to the same place the photos take them anywhere, so lose it.

2) Lose the border. The more the ads blend into the site, the better. I might even add some text above that says, "friends of India Escorts" or something. Make the ads look like part of the site.

3) Landing page and setting the options is important. Use the "bypass 18+ page" and send them right to search results, and it will improve conversions bigtime. Again, get users to the most compelling content as fast as possible. Less clicks, and more results showing girls in their area. That will entice them into signing up.

4) I *think* when using the model option instead of members for what photos to display in the geo banners, you can choose the model race. There may not be an Indian Option, but if there is, use it.

Another thought might be to get some stock Indian photos, and kind of mimic the layout of the AFF geo banners, just linking to the site under the photos, using your ref link...

I started with AFF about a year ago I was making $1000-1200 a month using ppc which was around 15 cents per click.

Almost immediately they said my traffic wasn't converting enough (free account signups weren't converting to pay) and they were considering converting me to percentage payout.

After working with me they eventualy paid me about $6000 they had been holding back on and continued to pay me until about 4 months ago when once again they complained about convertion rates.
By this time due to the fact that my site is a fairly high profile site in the chat field my affiliate link was #1 on google for terms like friend finder chat rooms and adult friend finder chat rooms. By this time I was making $1500-$2000 (20 cents per click)

After emailing them repeatedly and getting no reply I was finally able to catch my affiliate manager on YIM.
She was able to get me paid and they have since converted me to percentage which is paying less than 5 cents per click.
I have always used two other programs in addition to AFF and am in the process of phasing AFF out. Those programs have generally produced better pay per click than AFF but I needed a variety of programs on my site for content (SEO) purposes.

I would highly reccommend DatingGold (http://www.datinggold.com/index.php?aid=5841)as another program to use in conjunction with AFF. I have added them to the mix as of last week, and they are making me about $10 per day right now, which isnt a ton, but I also only have them rotating in remnant spots, so taking that into consideration, it is decent. I am going to move them up as they continue to earn and try to get AFF and Dating Gold running at 50/50 to spread my dependence on a single affiliate program. I think with some tweaking, I can get both programs to $50/day which would be a nice chunk of change per month.

I usewell with AFF. I no longer advertise for them, but here's a screen of my total YTD stats. AFF is a good company, but I left when Kevin, the affiliate manager left. I dont know how good they are anymore.
