View Full Version : Azoogleads Stats Not Reporting Right

It seems like something weird is going on with AzoogleAds stats since yesterday. Looks like they have upgraded their interface, but aside from that what concerns me most is the stats I am seeing.
I have had a record day for number of visitors sent the other day, and my sales were down BIG, even lower than when I had half of the traffic. I don't know if it is something that happened as a result of the new interface they implemented, but it just does not look right to me at all.
The pattern seems to continue today as well. I may have to pull some of my PPC ads if the trend does not reverse within the next several days.
Anyone else seeing the same?

I used Azoogle today for the first time and my conversion was not very good. Lots of clicks from my keywords, but not the conversion that I was hoping for.

Hey guys,
I just responded to someone about this on IM. There is a big difference between tracking issues and conversion issues. It seems that the conversion on one of the top offers, DaDaMobile, is lower yesterday than normal. We believe that this is caused by a very large publisher driving lots of volume to this offer and overloading the backend processing of SMS messages. We are working with DaDa on resolving this and have paused this publisher temporarily. All AzoogleAds systems are running 100% and our reporting is correct. If you'd like, you can try out Blinko or SpicyMint in the meantime, but DaDa's conversions seem to be closer to normal today than they were yesterday.
These kinds of issues are experienced by various offers from time to time, and is to be expected, although it does not happen very frequently. Whether you are running an offer through Azoogle or through someone else, you will experience these types of issues from time to time. We work dilligently on ensuring that any issues are resolved quickly, but since we do not control the advertiser's environment, it is sometimes out of our hands.
Thanks for your understanding.
Alex

Is any compensation usually offered when stuff like this occurs?
