Is there any other websites like Yahoo answers that are widely used for question and answers(and especially those that are do-follow)?

I would suggest looking for other traffic sources, this traffic doesn't stick around for long and doesn't help you long term.

www.answerbag.com
www.allexperts.com
www.ask.metafilter.com
www.wondir.com
www.askville.com
www.qna.live.com
www.yedda.com
Of course, this is not including niche specific Q & A sites like www.expertsexchange.com etc. but i hope the small list i provided will suffice :)

I think he's saying that there's no reason to post answers on yahoo answers if you're just doing it for its own sake. It's a waste of time. So the OP is probably asking to know if he should spend time answering questions involving links, and Gallito is probably saying that it's not worth spending time on Yahoo Answers at all, and to look for alternative ways of generating traffic.

Askville and yedda give the best traffic after Yahoo Answers for me. This is purely my visitors writing the answers and not myself.

I am using wiki answers as an alternative of Yahoo answer. Wiki also has a great traffic and it can build traffic to my site i think 15% and its not bad at all.

Are there any sites like Yahoo Answers where it is allowed to post links to your website for every answer you post? I would love to be a member of such website and would love to share my answers there. Does Askville.com allow links to your site for every answer?

yahoo answer was generating good traffic but now they have disable hyperlinks ... :(
hyperlinks are disabled for the Level 1 users only, after you cross the level 1 your links are again enabled and achieving Level 1 is not hard either.

Did WikiAnswers stop using do follow for when you add related links? Or is there a way around to make your links do-follow?
