it`s hard to review a CCTLD domain website, especially that .RO domain can`t be sold.
It has a PR4, but has a bad looking designed. the layout isn`t well organized and it`s full of banners.

Blue background is too much, it overpowers the rest of the page, try something brighter. The header can better, its choppy and just doesnt look right.

You need to concentrate more on colour combination and it should look well organized one.
