Yahoo account balance

Hi y'all,

I recently received some odd keyword emails from yahoo marketing solutions, and having not used oveture for over a year paid them a visit, to find I had an account balance of over $300!!

I've read the T&Cs and I'm pretty sure I could receive a refund - I've contacted them via the customer support page (last Friday) but I've heard zilch.

Does anyone have any advice - just carry on waiting for their excellent (!!) customer support to get back in touch, or does anyone have a red hot cattle rod I can poke them with?

Yeah - you gotta watch them other wise they help themselves to your credit card.........

hmm i also is thinking that dead person can't back but may be. you'll luck if yahoo pay you $300.

I would call them up rather than email, it is much harder to ignore somebody yelling at you.
