design is cooool..But on the right side bar, the "choose" button overlaps with the text box.. I am using chrome...

And in the logo, you can give different colors for "we" and "do" so that ppl can understand it as "we do xhtml"

Design layout and Looks seems good to me. but you better workout on your sidebar it certainly looks messy. work it out than might look really good.

you could think about removing the counter at the bottom, it not only looks cheesy it give the game away that only a handfull of people have looked at the site. Check the competion in your field, and cherry pick the best ideas http://vandelaydesign.com/blog/design/psd-to-html-services/

Just wanted to tell you that i kept the counter today itself so its showing visit of handfull people thanks anyways

The design is not bad but you should definitely remove the hit counter from
the page.
