Hello,
I have a fairly new website that contains information on how to maintain your computer, custom building computers as well as information in Windows 7 and other things. Can everyone take a look at my website and let me know what you think. I have made a decent number of changes recently and I am trying to see what else can be improved. Your help is appreciated. My website is http://www.philscomputerrepair.com

How about something interesting in the title bar, maybe an interesting image or a nice font, it seems a little plain

The site would look better if you did the following things.
- Get a logo and some graphics for the header.
- Move the adsense ad to the left column and place it below the
links in the navigation of the site.
- Add more content and some graphics to the page.

I guess you have used a free template? If so, have a look for another one with a more of a "business feel' to it :)

Thank you for all of your suggestions. I am currently looking for a header that will go well with my template, I do think that it will really improve the sites first appearance, does anyone have any recommendations on headers?

It looks like you just got a free template off some crappy website and slapped some text along with ads in it. If someone wants their computer repaired or built, they wont be going to you.. you must have a good looking site in order to reach a community such as this. The content itself isn't all that bad. But honestly (just trying to help) I'd start over. I'll even help ya out if you'd like, I've built tons of websites, drop me a PM.

I would get a new template, add some pictures of your location and some shots of computers being repaired etc. The adsense does not belong on a professional business site, it's more for monetizing content sites.

Clearly its looking like a dead website.
put some graphics, picture, header, and a logo.
Being informative and having loads of content doesn't makes it good, looks matters as well.
i would suggests to get a nice design done.

I take a look at ur site, and i have to say that there is a much thing that can be done. I use Firefox and when i browse your site i saw that the menus are sticked to the left side of your site's border oyu must left a little space there. Also as somebody said the footer must be at the bottom of the page. Is not a bad idea ho have some logo there and last when i checked this url philscomputerrepair-dot-com/about_your_computer.htm the header image is repeated because of the long title.

Domain name is too long, Colors are good and the contents too.
I liked the designing. But it can be improved. Take the inspiration from other well made websites
Thanks

I have been thinking about redesigning my website to be geared toward only computer repair information and not so much toward my business, I just wanted my website to be a place that someone can go tech savvy or not tech savvy to learn how to do certain things on their computer such as general maintenance all that way to how to reinstall their operating system. I am more than willing to change the template, as well as the header, if anyone can tell me what layout would look best as far as the location of the navigation bar and the adsense ads I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks again to everyone who has helped me out so far.
