Brighten up the colour of your slogan and try and introduce some 'gloss' if possible!
Since glossy substances generally stand out from the rest of the graphic, the CTR increaes!
Other than that it's good!

i think that u should make free online flash games a little bit lighter so it sticks out more

I like the colours actually...it's different, which makes it stand out. I agree with lightening the "free online flash games" though, it needs to be quick-glance viewable.
It would be cool to see this colour style carried through to the banner of your site. :)

Not that i should be one to comment - since im new at the photoshop game - i think the "visit today" is a little overpowering because of the brighter color.
I'm not really liking the color scheme. And like someone mentioned, a little more gloss would take it a long way.

Besides that, it looks good. =)

I like the look of the banner.
Maybe you should move the content over to the right by a few pixels, as it looks like the word "Today" is overlapping on the page a bit perhaps? My opinion anyway.
