URL: http://www.someones-ex-gf.com
Price: Send me your offers, but it should be at least 4 figures (read why below)
What You'll Get: All content (published and unpublished), locations to find new content, domain name.
Very simply put, someones-ex-gf.com is a website dedicated to amateur pics and videos. There are over 2,000 photos and over 2GB in video clips - 99% of which are amateur. Please note, the someones-ex-gf.com is just the free area - all the good stuff is in someones-ex-gf.com/members/. If I get enough interest, I'll open up the members area for a few hours for any interested buyers to examine.
The site has been running since November 2005 and has a PR4. It was a free site from November-April when I instituted a members only area. I took in over $700 in revenue from the end of April until early June when PayPal shut down my account (thank god I took most of the money out).
I've done ZERO paid advertising for the site and is it stands, there are no ads sitting on the site right now. Much of the traffic is organic through search engines, Technorati, and links I've built up in forums and directories.
I charged $5.50 to become a member (one-time fee) so you can imagine the potential if you were to charge a bit more AND have it recurring. Even if you stopped updating the site, you can charge people to access the archive as there is more than enough content to keep any guy happy for quite a long time.
All the content is free and easily obtained. However, most people don't know where to get the content so thats why they come to my site. In addition, someones-ex-gf.com is the only site that actually puts the pictures of girls in sets - meaning that if there is more than one pic of the girl available, I've found it and placed it there. Here's the kicker: If you decide to buy the site, I can show you exactly where I get all my content from (I've never paid for any) so you can run this site indefinately without much work in having to find content. In addition, I have some other ideas which I think could make some money but I haven't had time to implement.
I can go on and on, but I'll leave it to you guys to ask questions. Right now, I've stopped taking in new members (even though 5+ people per day are willing to pay) because I don't want to setup a credit card processor until I am certain I am gonna keep running the site.
There are a lot of imitators out there, but you won't find a site more comprehensive than this.
Lastly, on any given day, I usually spend 20-60 minutes on the site - either updating it (its running on WordPress) or hunting down new content.
Here are some basic stats:
- Page Rank 4
- 500,812 total page loads since opening up
- 106,073 unique visitors since opening up
- 2,246 unique page loads daily
- 476 unique visitors daily
Thanks for your interest - send me a PM here or an email at contact@someones-ex-gf.com.

Here is your information.
Maybe I am a bit slow today, but I don't see answer to my question. Are those pictures licensed, or you just copy & paste them from some other site. In the first case I am interested to buy it, in the second, of course, not, such a site would have very short life.

nice site, good luck with the sale. If I didnt already have 2 sites in the adult category, I would be all over this one.
And YES EVERYONE, ADULT SITES give away content so its promoting their site. the pictures are all legit. I looked over the site.

Adult sponsors wouldn't give someone their content for them to then sell access to it themselves. Sponsors give away free content only to promote the sponsors sites.

I am signed up under more then 100 adult sponsors and I am actively promoting about 50% of them. I am running multiple adult sites and I REALLY know what sponsor content mean and where to get it. But looks like I am _NOT_ as good as you to look over someone else's site and tell "Yeah, the pictures are legit, that guy is licensed to use them on his site".

So it's stolen content?
No its not stolen content. This is content that is available throughout the internet for free - all I've done is aggregated them into sets which NO OTHER SITE has been able to do.
That is where the true value of the site is.

None of my content is from any adult sponsored sites. They are all amateur pics that were submitted on other locations by their respective owners. Since they submitted them on the internet, they've been passed around on many many other sites and all I've done is aggregate them onto my site.
Revenue:
November 2005 - March 2006: $176.00 from Yahoo Ads (ads have since been disabled due to Yahoo's policy of no adult website ads)
April 2006 - June 2006: $600+ from $5.50 membership fees that are non-recurring. (new subscriptions have since stopped as I don't have a method of accepting payments at the moment).
Daily uniques went down as a consequence of the site turning into a membership only site. I didn't want to deal with ads and affiliates, so I sacrificed traffic and associated ad revenue for subscription revenue.
I'll update traffic details in a sec.

Is it possbile to buy your method to aggregated your content instead of buying the site?
lehoema
Jul 11th 2006, 10:33 am
Just to clarify everyone, 99% of the pictures on the site are COMPLETELY AMATEUR. I found and sourced these myself from several websites (now defunt) that had users submit photos of their wives/girlfriends/ex's.
I've gone through painstaking lengths to qualify every picture on there is not owned or photographed by a professional. There may be a few that may have slipped, but I guarantee you that almost everything there is amateur in nature.

I'm considering selling the method of aggregation..and more importantly my sources.
But I want to sell the site + sources first.
If I gave away my sources, someone can very quickly create a competitor site, but it will take them months to build up the size of my archive.

Here's a screenshot of the archive of published pictures. Every folder has anywhere from 2-50+ pictures, depending on how many I've been able to find. Trust me when I say, no one else has organized the world of amateur pictures to the extent that I have. You may find these one pic of a girl on one site and another pic of her on another site, but only on my site will you find all that exist (or as many as I could find) on one site. Ignore the cheesy names - I started making up names as I ran out of useful girl names.
And this is only the archive of published pics - I have about 100 folders of unpublished pictures. And this doesn't include all the amateur vids I've found.

How can I steal something that nobody claims ownership to? From what I see (and what my competitors see), people openly give away these photos on the internet on websites that are accessible by anyone and that you don't have to pay for. All I've done is gather them into sets and republished.

The owner of the pictures still retains copright. You cannot republish them before seeking their permission. There is no such thing as free content.

Oh, I forgot about 2257, if the pictures are adult in nature I assume you have photocopies of all of the models passports or birth certificates?

BUMP.
The site is now for sale at $2,000. The first one to send payment will be able to retain all rights to the site.
The site still gets significant traffic and would be tremendously cash flow positive with a payment method on the site.
PM me for more info and access to the member's area.
