I and my bro had been totally working on my new site , for the past 1 month . Look that my dad told me to close it . so i thought why dont i sell it .

What i want u to do is review it and say me how much does it worth .
and say me what can make me get good price for this .

The site is well designed but the wCruiser in the header and the grey
text on the page is difficult to read you should use a brighter color
to make it more legible.

It seems good, But you need to fix the text colors, some things you cant read etc, And also, Forums mostly sell on how active they are, you need more users I think.
Also, The title says "Mobile Stuff", "Webmaster Stuff", I think you should choose another word other than "Stuff"
Maybe "Mobile Apps", "Webmaster Tools"

It's a reasonable layout for a warez site which tends to do well in dark colors. However I don't see your site having any value.

Your forum is nice, but i'm not satisfied with color scheme, Orange color you used is extensively visible but the color you chosen for showing reply/ view amount is now quite visible. I recommend you to change this color for better visibility.

the thing i posted this much was i understood how katz give rating so depending on that only i worked ...


And now i am working on the new theme ... the pattern is the same only there is some change in the color it will be reddish ... soon i will ask for your review here ....
