How You Sign The Clickbooth W-9 Form?

I don't have a fax machine, and when i digitally signed mine, they said they don't accept digital signature.And i don't have a scanner. What should i do?

Do you have digital photo camera? Take a picture!

How can he take a picture and insert into the thing? Its a PDF file guys. Ya clickbooth's fax number doesn't work for me also. I tried faxing mine for quite a while now, all the damn time its busy

Print this W-9 fill it out, sign it and take a picture!

Or sign white paper take a picture and use photoshop to add your signature to the document.

haha..i actually went to kinkos once a few years ago for this exact thing....but ya, take a photo...or go to kinkos.

You print it out, sign it and go to the 7-11 and use their fax.

U can scan it and then send it via email as an attachment.
