Hi all...

I optimized a website for google. The website has 4 PR and I have 2 main options (or more- maybe I will get here a better idea)

1. To have a direct link to my website : "Search engine optimazation" (for example). or :

2. To have a link to another page on the same website that will have a title/description/H1/meta-keywords and so on, with the words "search engine optimazation" few times on the page. This page will link to my site with "Search engine optimazation" anchor texts.

The website has arround 200 pages.

Is it smarter to use the second option and to give up 200 links to my website?

Wondering...

Thanks for any idea...

Guy.

if the website's homepage 's title or domain include "keywords" .i will use 1.
otherwise ,i think 2 is better.
in 2 case, you also can link 200 links to this page.

You only want to put one link to your website on each page. Google only counts the first link to your domain page that it finds on each page. So multiple listings of your link will serve no purpose beyond wasting your own time.

What exactly makes you so sure about this?

Looking at many websites that have tried to spam their keywords and end up getting dropped from google.. I'd say that it be the same w/ the links..
