I don't like discouraging people from entering but why waste your time doing
a logo when he hasn't made a finished contest announcement.

I don't know, He may have completed the contest and not told a single person but the person he bought from... I know I submitted via PM, and made sure to
wastermark my work, cause I've been ripped off too many times by people who
are "in a hurry"...

I don't know why you're getting so upset about this for... maybe I struck a nerve???

What I do know is I've had numerous PM's from people who sent you
submissions after I made my post.... and you told them that you bough a
submission from a PM entry but couldn't' remember his name... and
you have no Itrader for that contest.

Interesting....

So no, you didn't need to message every single person who submitted entries
that would have been foolish to do... but polite of you, the easier thing to do
is you could have simply posted in that THREAD you started, wanting
entries for the contest _you_ ran, and not have left 30 PM's _and_
those in the thread who posted entries hanging waiting to see if your Contest" was over.

It shows all 30 PM's + those who submitted in that thread that you
don't give a sh*t about them, or what they did for you at all. Now you want
some more people to bother with you?

I don't believe you even picked a winner, and your attitude shows me I was
right to warn any other designer that you don't care.

So good luck with this contest, maybe some peon will help you out....

It dont bother me, since you didnt win you wanna cry about it. I can care less, get your skills up before you enter contest. if people submit thur pm's then i will award the winner by pm. Its not like i still have people submitting entries.

You know, you could solve this by just posting the winning entry along with the winner's name in the other thread. That is what most contest holder's do in that situation.

What you mean a fee? On top of the contest winnings or will you pay for the fee for the images.
